We arrived Friday evening, staff were very welcoming, we were given our key and a map of the site, as we were with our young granddaughter we were given a wristband for her to wear which we added our contact details too in case she were to get lost.
The caravan was prestige, it had an en-suite and was clean and well equipped.
The weather was horrendous during our stay so we didn’t get out until Sunday morning due to a bad storm.
The site appeared to have various activities but you need to pay for a pass to use them as well as the restaurant which we thought was quite poor.
There is access from the park to a lovely beach.
We took two of our grandchildren, aged 5 and 3 for a weekend break. The caravan was immaculately clean. We were welcomed by very polite, helpful and friendly staff at reception. The beach was beautiful, clean and quiet. Because it was in term time the whole resort seemed very relaxed, calm and relatively quiet. The pool area was clean. All the staff we encountered at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this site and I will be returning for future stays.
We as a family have been holidaying in this area for over 20 years. We have stayed on this site in both the static and tow along caravans. The statics are clean and tidy. The tow along facilities are great. Showers and toilet block are well maintained and clean.
We spent a long weekend at Greenacres holiday park and having never stayed in a caravan before, we weren't sure what to expect. We were not however disappointed as it was a lovey break. We took our Golden Retriever and were pleased this was a very doggy friendly park, with a great location near the beach and not far from Porthmadog. Although checking in was a bit lengthy, Marta, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, even making our dog feel welcome. The caravan was a prestige class and we were impressed with it's roominess, cleanliness and facilities. It was a very comfortable stay and our dog approves! Thank you for a lovely weekend.
My wife and I enjoyed a lovely weekend break here in September. We took advantage of a special offer short break and upgraded to premier plus. We received a lovely, warm welcome and were given a superb caravan - large lounge and kitchen area, three bedrooms of which the master was generous and with an en-suite toilet. The caravan was equipped with an efficient central heating system, which we did make use of as the weather was somewhat on the chilly side. The main shower room/toilet was a generous size too. The caravan was beautifully prepared and spotlessly clean. This is a lovely park, with direct access to the beach. Highly recommended
